 Transfer Bulgaria - Booking conditionsTerms for reservation and cancellation of a transfer These terms are valid for all the transfers operated by TransferBulgaria. A transfer is confirmed only when it is fully prepaid. There is no money refund by Transfer Bulgaria in any case of confirmed reservation. In the listed below cases part of the sum could be used in another reservation. The form of reimbursement is voucher, which could be used for another transfer. - In case of cancellation 30 or more days prior car delivery of a fully prepaid reservation the customer is entitled to a 50% reimbursement from the amount of the invoice in a form of voucher. - In case of cancellation of 30 to 7 days prior car delivery, the client receives a 25% refund in a form of voucher, which could be used in for discount of another reservation. - The client is not entitled to any refunds in the cases of reservation cancellation less then 7 days prior arrival.
Booking procedure:
To order a Transfer service you must follow the booking procedure. 1. Booking requests are accepted only by our booking form or e-mail, NOT over the phone. We try to be flexible, but all orders must be received at least 24 hours in advance prior your departure. Transferbulgaria.com is entitled to refuse any order sent by you. 2. If your order is accepted, we will confirm by e-mail and send you an invoice for payment. 3. Only prepaid services are guaranteed. Transferbulgaria.com reserves the right to cancel any not paid booking. Once we receive the payment, we will send you a confirmation voucher with all needed information. It is the customers responsibility to travel with their Voucher, which lists arrival instructions and all of the relevant local contact numbers in the event of an emergency and local office reconfirmation hours and contact number. 4. If your booking details change, you can amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to your departure, subject to payment of any difference in the applicable prices. For modification in less than 24 hours prior the actual transfer, changes are subject of availabilities and surcharges may apply. 5. You confirm that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the transfer service will be correct, that the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Transfer service. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with the Transfer service. If validation cannot be obtained and payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the Confirmation and the service will not be performed.  Download Terms & conditions
